Already, they are facing more issues than they can handle. One child among the three has sickle cell anemia. There is growing pressure and a limited number of hours in a day to produce enough food to prevent the family from going hungry. Then there’s a baby left behind in his cab. Nobody thinks David is unrelated to the child, but that’s before a horrible secret comes to light— Suddenly everything is not what it seems.
